They gave no indication of where to get the bus from the directions were completely useless and there were no signs. They could have told us it was underground.

Needs to list steps I.e. locate bus on display screen Go to lower level when no.of stand displayed etc. Assistance to load suitcase at shoulder level ! Trip itself smooth and comfortable also felt safe. On arrival no information about exit, lifts, ramp or taxis. How do elderly, disabled or single passengers manage ?
