Avanza - Auto Res Madrid Salamanca recent customer reviews
Efficient, on time, smooth. There was some dispute about the seat - window or aisle - for non Spanish speakers or those not familiar with the v/p perhaps the seating could be made more explicit on the ticket e.g. I window.
I didn't enjoy anything about the journey as I was not able to take the journey. The bus was very difficult to find at the airport and even when I arrived at the bus stops, next to the car hire parking, there was no signage telling which bus was which. I've never experienced such a poorly-designed "bus station".
The trip itself was excellent. However finding the terminal at the airport was extremely difficult. Not many staff at the airport spoke good enough English to direct us. The signs to bus terminals were confusing. This caused us to be 10 minutes late for the bus. Fortunately for us the bus was running 15 minutes late.
Based on 2 reviews, the company was rated 5 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the staff and the timeliness but often complained with the ticket access. LINECar ticket prices on this trip start at $4.00
