Chevallier Buenos Aires San Antonio de Areco recent customer reviews
The people working at the booths in BA were very helpful and nice despite the language barrier.
Because I was taking the bus to San Antonio de Areco on a festival day, about 4 buses turned up but none had actually said "San Antonio de areco " on the front. Heaps of people just crowded together but there was actually always helpful staff to reassure me which bus I should be on. I'm thankful for printing the ticket and buying a seat. As boarding the bus was smooth.
We gave our luggage bags to the staff watched them put them in the under carriage then close the doors as we were the last people to get on. As we were driving away from the bus terminal someone waved down the bus as the undercarriage doors were opened. We weren’t too sure what was happening as we didn’t speak Spanish but we assumed everything was ok as the bus started moving again. Upon getting to our arrival we were advised that our bags had been stolen from underneath the bus. The staff advised us that we would need to email the bus company to try get compensation. Other than that they didn’t give us much advise on what to do. Would not use this bus company again.
