The trip got canceled yesterday and I'm only going to travel today which has inconvenienced me.
Nothing I enjoyed from the start since we waited for the bus outside park station and got insidea it around 7:30pm since it was getting fixed. The communication was poor from the start because the departure time was 7pm but the departed at 8pm and the communication message was sent around 11pm while we on the way with 7am time of arrival at Queenstown. I didn't understand the message that cause I booked from Johannesburg pack station to East London park station. We arrived at Queenstown during past 6(am) and we were exhanged to another bus where we spent an hour waiting for something I don't know because no proper communication was made to us. Around 8 the bus started to move and the bus was very slow on highway hills and it's service was very poor as the bus didn't deserve to carry passengers. Arrived at East London at 11am whereby i was suppose to arrive at 8:30am and I was so tired and annoyed. My business with APM is done. They don't care about their passengers.
I enjoyed nothing about your bus. The bus departs in an unsafe area just outside park station. The bus was 2 hours late, one of the passengers had her phone snatched. Right after leaving Queenstown the bus could no longer move forward and we had to wait for hours for a mechanicanic. Had to hike to East London paying additional R250 just to get to my meeting. No one has communicated or taken action. Your customer service was power and I believe your bus company needs to do better or close down period.

Everything was bad, the seats were broken so everytime my daughter and i moved it broke. The toilet was smelling of urin and the top charging points were not working. It was a long disgusting experience
We got stacked on the road this morning 30 Km before King William’s Town, very inconvenienced
The trip was for my child. The bus broke down which caused a departure delay of 2hrs30 min. I did not get an email regarding that and did not know until the bus arrived. The lady in East London station by the name of Yvonne was very rude and told me the bus in not an Aeroplane

The bus arrived o time for pickup ( Parkstation) nut was 2 hours late on arrival ( East London)
There was absolutely nothing to enjoy. I reject choosing eagle liner. They know nothing about customer service.
Worst bus ever! Bus was supposed to leave Park Station at 19:45 and it left at 22:40 instead- we received ZERO communication. Aircons weren’t working. We also had to stop in the middle of the road because there was a problem with the bus.
