The driver waited a few minutes for me at Seattle airport since I had a reserved ticket that helped me make the shuttle at the last minute. He also made a good suggestion to use the Canada Line from Richmond because of a traffic snarl-up in Vancouver. Really excellent service from your driver.
Very punctual. The driver was calm, drove well/safely, and explained the destination clearly. He didn’t turn on any loud music which gave time for the passengers to rest.
Driver was a great help and came to find us as he couldn't get the bus close to the actual pick up point in Seattle.

I did not enjoy at all. In the WU stop, the female drive stopped there more than 15 minutes, in Bellingham stop, she stopped the bus again another 15 minutes for nothing. We arrived Vancouver stop almost 12am.

Everything was good. Please do mention starting location in a better way like a note on the email and on the site where the bus is located. As there was no sign and shelter on the intersection and the guy on the service desk didn’t inform about the precise location of the bus. It was a struggle to find it during rain with luggage on hand .
