I wasn't able to reschedule on the app. There's no number to speak with a representative for help. Due to the flooding everywhere, missed the bus.

Additionally, during a bus transfer in Kingston NY, passengers had to wait for over an hour outside a closed station on a cold night. We had to switch buses in Kingston NY, and we waited over one hour!! The station was closed and it was cold outside!! There was about 20 or so passengers waiting and it was late night. However staff was polite!!
The bus driver was extremely kind, and engaging...funny even. Again, I am disappointed there was no social distancing
I have been using AdirondacksTrailways for years. The line is reasonably priced with good service. there are changes i am not happy with. Now if your have to change the bus time there is a $20 charge for the change. Also the holiday charges are now outrageous.

I received a text 1 hour 15 min prior to scheduled departure that the bus would be delayed 4.5 hours. I had to buy another ticket with another company to travel earlier. Not a reliable bus company.
Our bus broke down. I know that things happen that’s ok but the driver was very rude and unprofessional and made the whole event worse.
The service was great but one of my trips was cancelled two days before departure without providing a reason.
