Terrible. The bus driver was an hour and 15 minutes late. The bus ride being at 9:00 pm was already late so the fact that the ride was delayed was very inconvenient and I missed any train I could take back home to my town because I got to my destination so late there were no trains available.
The bus was an hour and a half late and then broke down and stayed stationary for over 4 and a half hours. Didn’t get to my destination til 5 and half hours later

I took the train since 1994 I’ll take the bus from now on.
We arrived 3 1/2 hours later than expected. One passenger did not have a seat for the entire 7+ hours we spent on the bus which was dangerous and very uncomfortable to be a part of.
The bus was clean and air quality was great. The seats were a little snug and the outlets weren't working even though the bus driver tried to get it to work.
