I had a flight at 7:30 from Orlando and I missed my flight because of 2hrs delay and it costed me around $250 to reschedule my flight. I will never ever choose gray hound again. Who will take the responsibility for the delay and my extra $250 for flight reschedule

Unable to utilize toilet and seats were uncomfortable. I was transferred to the Caribbean bus.
The bus driver was on the phone the entire trip. He didn’t check the bus for cleanliness and it was severely hot on the bus until we asked him to turn on the AC.
Roomy seats that recline and have leg rests. Enjoyed the wall plug to charge my phone!
