Greyhound Tampa Atlanta recent customer reviews
Truly it was a bad experience taking Greyhound the first time the bus drivers are rude mean I had a simple question the answer of the driver was rude and mean no professionalism no customer service that was the driver from Tampa to Orlando the worst part is the 2 driver from Orlando to Atlanta he was crazy he is talking about instructions like we are in a military base his tone was harsh unprofessional no customer service again really I was shocked inconfortable and insecure I was wondering why he has to be rude unprofessional and yelling on the micro just to speak about his rules ???
base on the fact that we are allowed to book our tickets a week or more before travelling I cant understand the excuse of a driver not being available or a back up driver is not in place, passengers had to wait for hours and miss connecting rides or is left stranded.
it is cool but I didn't like some rude people riding in the bus, they were cursing the bus driver and whining. I think that type of people should be fined.
