Wordt service ever. No bus. 5 women including a 3 year old baby were forced to spent night at Park Station. No call centre agent to talk to. No accountability
I was in pretoria 15 minutes before check-in still the bus had already left l had to catch it in Midrand, imagine if l didn't have extra money to hire uber?
There was water leaking inside the bus when it was raining. People got wet. As we were leaving Queenstown, not everyone was seated yet the driver continued to drive off even though he was told that they still trying to sit down. I’ll never ride with APM again. I would honestly rather spend more money on Intercape next time. Their services are impeccable and proper hygiene measures are taken. It’s more comfortable and the drivers are super friendly.
Priorities hygiene, your Drivers are driving with their cellphones on their hands, not just taking calls but viewing WhatsApp videos and photos whilst driving. We struggled to go out, people’s luggage was packed next to the Driver blocking the way which is a serious safety issue
The bus arrived 10 minutes before arrival time, which is the good thing however the chair was very uncomfortable but all in all the journey was good and quick
I will never take APM buses again. They are very inconvenient and they dont care about passengers. They left me because they didnt pass toby the station
I’ve never seen a bus driven by one driver for plus minus ten hrs resulting to the driver nearly rolling over the bus at Umkhomaas cuttings. Although he apologised but that’s very WRONG
This bus is the worse bus ever will never recommend it to anyone, the bus did not arrive in Butterworth I had to use extra money to pay taxi so I can catch another bus
not professional, drivers did not communicate with us on the stop stations, bus driver asked for money to pay traffic officers? which i will take it as it was a bribe ? otherwise why would they want to pay traffic officers ?
The bus arrived after 00:00 and it wasn't my bus. The driver said he is going to Dutywa not Mthatha therefore I do not have a chair as he is already full.
I book a ticket and the bus did not arrive so i have to at patrol station the hole cold winter night, i was really disappointed with your bus and i will no longer trust them.
There was no toilet in the bus but when I made the booking i was told that there was a toilet, mind u i have a weak bladder so i was really not impressed with that
The staff should improve its level of professionalism. They have a tendency of stopping the bus for more than 10 minutes on the road without informing the passengers of their reasons to do so.
