Very unpolite and unproffesional staff.
Purchasing tickets in advance was the most reasonable price available. We were nervous about doing it this way but wanted to be sure that we had our seats at the specified date/time. Everything worked out perfectly. We recommend arriving early and communicating with the Autobus Statzione ticket staff at your preferred city (ours was Trieste) to make sure you know where to actually find the bus at the appointed time.

Driver forced us to pay for travelling with luggage even though ticket says this is included. Bus arrived in split almost 1 hour late.
It was fine. Relatively comfortable and clean.
The wifi didn’t work and I got charged a small amount extra for putting one small item of luggage underneath.

We have to pay for luggage although there on tickets was written two baggage’s included.
The journey was efficient and well organised, only delayed by the passport control process.
It was an awful experience. We bought two tickets which included luggage and as soon as we got there the driver said “you have to pay for me for the the luggage or else you’re going to cause trouble” and when we said “we thought luggage was included”, him and his colleague started shouting at us and name calling us for being English. We paid as we were really upset and then he told us to get on another bus as we were causing trouble even though it was the last bus. We paid in silence and got on the bus and he shouted ‘welcome to croatia’ really rudely. I’m really upset as we did absolutely nothing wrong and barely said two words and got shouted at and demanded money of. I’m shocked that this behaviour is allowed
More description about the location of the bus is needed. I arrived the station 40mins before the departure but waited at the wrong side of the station and almost missed the bus.
I could not take the busy after all, because it was more than 50min late to arrive and I had to take taxi in order not to miss my flight!

Great staff, bus was very late
Very comfortable. Outlets for charging at every row. Seats recline a lot which is great for sleeping.
Comfortable bus. USB ports for charging. Lots of stops for restroom breaks. Bus was 1 hour late .. which turned an already 8 hour ride into 9 hours :(
We were directed by the staff to the misleading bus stop (old one). Accordingly we missed our bus (which was anyways late over an hour!). As a result we reached Dubrovnik 3,5 hour later almost at midnight so our evening was ruined.
The driver was excellent . The fact that the bus arrived on time at the beginning and end is very important to us .
Bus driver didn’t know password for WiFi. Everything else was fine.
Journey advertised as 2hrs. Actually took 3hrs despite there being no traffic problems. Drivers asked for cash to stow hold luggage despite it being included in the price
The bus was late and I missed my Kotor connection.
I liked everything, except the fact that I was supposed to board my bus at the Ina Gas Station in Primosten. There was no sign where the bus stop is located, and while it was late we were worried It would not arrive at all. I called the call center for help, the operator tried to help and promised to call back in two minutes, but he never actually called.
I mean I was lucky to board a bus and come to my destination, but the waiting time was super stressful.
Difficult to download ticket otherwise an enjoyable microwave sleep journey through lovy landscapes
On time and generally good service, however toilet was locked for the entire journey without explanation and we were charged 20 kuna for 2 bags even though it said it was included in the ticket price
