They left 16 year old passenger alone in port Dover. In London was impossible to find a bus at Victoria station. As a results my son has to walk himself from a port terminal to a next village during 40 min for to look for alternative way to get to London. His luggage is lost, because we can’t find any info where the bus stop in London or where they drop lost luggage. Nobody at Victoria Station has any clue about your company RegioJet. My son still not arrived in London 6 hours later and the luggage is lost
It had a working restroom and WiFi. However, it arrived and took off late. And they have a back row with 5 seats, all taken. It was horrible having an 8-hr overnight trip not being able to even lean on either side while someone had an empty seat up front.
Only drama I had is trying to order something to eat if they took cash would of eaten something but cause of SIM card changes couldn’t access card payment cause Austrian SIM card had different phone number and bank security didn’t recognise the number
I got very stressed because I could not identify the bus station next to Den Haag Centraal. It does not appear on google maps under "RegioJet" or "Student Agency". I asked multiple people and no one knew where it was. At the official info spot they directed me to the FlixBus station. This was indeed the right one, but I didn't know until the bus came (when I already thought I missed it), because there is only one RegioJet sign and it is very small and hidden. So please: 1) put it on google maps 2) make a bigger sign next to the FlixBus sign. Thanks.
We tried RegioJet because there was a strike in Amsterdam and our ICE and following trains were cancelled. Pretty happy that such a service exists. We are thinking about using it more often. One thing that would be cool would be the possibility to connect Bluetooth ear buds to the media service.
The journey was pleasant and fairly comfortable, the drivers were professional and helpful. They collected rubbish regularly, the bus remained clean. The on-board entertainment helped to shorten the journey. This time the stops were sufficient in their number and length. The tunnel crossing went extremely smoothly. I arrived in London feeling reasonable fresh.
Excellent drivers, could do with a more polite approach to customers and better English. Toileting and stop over conditions totally inadequate, seating tight and uncomfortable, not suitable for long-haul services.
I did not use your bus, because it was early and I did not got it, because was lost at the station. I asked what platform they use, but was told to wait when it will be showing and it was showing 15 minutes before bus to come, but I am 68 years women, first time on that crazy station with only English language and, of course it was not enough time for me to found the platform. I didn’t use your bus. Thanks God.
Driver arrived late, left the station late and then, next thing, stopped at a petrol station to chat with a driver mate. We were already 25 mins late at the first stop, all due to the driver (the traffic in Dresden then caused the remaining 45 min delay, thus nobody’s fault)
I had 4 hours brake in Brno waiting for connection bus. As fot that time, as I fell a sleap for 15 min on the benches (outside), someone stole my bags. I ended up in Police, made a statement, and 1.000 euro worth of personal belonging (its double than that, but Police counts 50%) is now gone. So, not good suggestion and someone should advise tourist about this, because Police informed me that it happens everyday same time there. I am not a local, so dont know that, and at first glance nice and peacefull Brno turned out to be nightmare for me. Regards
