Amtrak Chicago Bloomington recent customer reviews
Horrible. I’ve never taken an Amtrak where it doesn’t randomly stop for at least 1 hour. Last night was 2 hours.
The comfortable seats, We had a problem with a few loud 'drunk' guys on our train and the conductor that came by just said that's to bad the train is full, and we had to ask them to settle down and afterwards felt unsafe, and they continued to verbally harass us and call us names the conductor never came back around! Really wish he would have asked them to settle down.
We had delayed on mu flight ✈️ trip to Chicago, and I missed my train. When I arrived on Amtrak station ticketing, the agents told me my ticket is non refundable. I am very disappointed
