2 hours prior to departure I have received information that the bus was 30 min delayed, nonetheless we spent another 1 hour waiting for it on top of that. Total 1.5h late, arrived in my destination more than 2 hours late. There were issues with certain passengers (drivers spoke bulgarian so we did not understand the argument) that caused further delay, drivers were agressive and shouting on a passenger, at the end of the fight, the passenger has left the bus. Nothing explained. We never knew if we were gettig a toilet break or just fuel break. Toilet inside the bus was out of service.
