The driver was rude and obnoxious. The toilet was locked and he told us to shut up and sit down. He stopped at a bus station to drop a lady off so we got of to find a toilet, he shouted at us to get back on the bus, then pointed to the bushes for us to use, which we did, in front of the whole bus. At the same time he shouted at people who had lut a cigerette to get back in the bus. When he didn't eventually stop for toilets he told us to hurry up! It is not acceptable behaviour, nir is it acceptable to be on a 6.5 hour trip without a toilet. He basically robbed us of our human rights, not only the lack of facilities but also it stopped me from drinking too much as I thought I'd have to wait til the end of the journey for a toilet. This is utterly disgraceful. The driver should not be allowed on your busess!

There was plenty of room and the bus was very clean. Unfortunately the toilet was unavailable to use and the driver was indifferent to the issue; there was only stop during a seven hour bus trip which really isn't enough.
