First, the bus was 20 minutes late arriving. Then, the bus itself was not a Globtour bus. Myself and some other passengers all had different bus lines on our tickets (Flixbus, Globtour) but we're all ushered onto the same bus. The driver was rude and difficult to communicate with when trying to confirm that this was the correct bus for all these different lines.
Inside the bus was quite clean, but lacked power outlets which were claimed to be available when booking the ticket. (9+ hours is a long time to go without charging).
The first driver was quite aggressive while driving, honked the horn constantly, and was overall very assertive on the road. The addition of the second driver was good, as he was more open, communicated better, and drove well. However at one point, one or both of the drivers did seem to be smoking on the bus and allowed a passenger to smoke with them (she seemed to be close to one of the drivers)
Finally, we arrived 2 hours late to the destination. I had to rush to make my transfer, and forego getting food which was annoying.
