ALTAMAR has received mixed feedback from users. Many appreciated the comfortable seats and enjoyed having TV entertainment on board. However, there were consistent reports about delays in arrival times and issues with restroom facilities, such as lack of toilet paper and water for handwashing. Additionally, some passengers found the temperature too cold during their journey.

didnt enjoy anything ! the travel said no stops and it stoped many times . 2 hours late with no excuses from no one . toilet was overflowing and it smelled disgusting. and the driver was super rude

There was no bus to Puerto Escondido from Huatulco..I had to take.a.shuttle and pay 90 additional pesos to get to pachutla to catch up with it and it was a four hour drive instead of two

There was no scheduled trip on Alta as booked on your site. I was told on arrival at the bus station that I could board a bus 1 hr earlier but it would take 5 hours to reach Huatulco or to could return at 4:00pm for a 3h trip to my destination. I’m really disappointed with how flaky your app is or the Bus company is.

The bus was on time and seats were comfortable. It was extremely cold, I wore multiple layers and was still freezing. They played a super loud movie over the speakers - I turnend my headphones up as much as I could and still heard it and it was extremely annoying. It’s 2025, everyone has their own devices and nobody wants to be forced to watch some random movie.
