The bus was on time and seats were comfortable. It was extremely cold, I wore multiple layers and was still freezing. They played a super loud movie over the speakers - I turnend my headphones up as much as I could and still heard it and it was extremely annoying. It’s 2025, everyone has their own devices and nobody wants to be forced to watch some random movie.

Bus arrived half an hour late and then took eleven instead of the scheduled eight hours to the destination. Internet didn't work. At least it arrived.

No phone charger no WiFi and the bus was very old and was making a high pitch noise for the entire journey making it impossible to sleep.

Bus was 3 hours late - overcrowded, my seat was double booked and I ended up sitting on the floor. The bus driver was nodding off to sleep - he then starting smoking on the bus - he played music so loud that I could still hear it over my own with noise cancelling headphones - he was on his phone watching YouTube while driving - overtaking cars around corners - did not slow down for speed bumps. It was the worse mode of transport I have ever experienced
