Marga Taqsa receives praise for its friendly and attentive drivers, as well as the comfort of their buses. However, several reviews mention delays in departure and arrival times. There are also reports about a lack of WiFi, USB ports not working, limited space when seats recline fully, and issues with onboard facilities such as bathrooms lacking essentials like toilet paper or soap. Despite these challenges, passengers appreciate the overall smoothness of trips even though communication during unexpected stops could be improved.

Chech-in process was brief. Passengers were asked to prepare an online SAG decoration. I wish the ticket would indicate which entry point it would use so that passengers can prepare the SAG ahead of time. Driver was courteous and explained the immigration process clearly. Lower deck has 3 seats accross (looked quite comfortable. Upper deck has 4. Driver never tried to over speed. The bus arrived pretty much on time. Very nice service. .

Not all costs shown: local taxes and luggage guy not mentioned. No wifi.. (available at cost in the bus but not working anyway during our two trips with this company) . all the other companies provides it for free

Bus was very late. We arrived at our destination very late and couldn’t get dinner due to time. No stops along the way to get food. No WiFi. Once Sun set, bus was cold.
