The drivers from Edmonton to Calgary, then Calgary to Hope were great. The bus breaking down and adding 2 hours to the trip was ridiculous. The last driver to Vancouver was rude, and threw people's luggage around with no regard for their belongings.

Rider Express was on time, and reliable. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness demonstrated by each and every employee. I also deeply appreciated how safety was the driver's number one priority while traveling through the mountains. Overall, I would most certainly travel via Rider Express again in the future.
