On my bus from LA to Indio, I showed up 12 minutes early to the pick up location and the bus pulled out and left as I was walking out to it.

The bus was over 6 hours late, which caused me to be late getting back home, which caused me to miss work. It was also extremely unsafe as the seatbelts didn’t work (I have a photo to submit if needed), which is a complete safety hazard. It was extremely dirty, there was trash everywhere on bus and also in front of the pouch for the seat I was sitting in, the driver only spoke Spanish so thankfully someone on bus spoke English to tell me when to exit bus or I would have missed my stop, and people were loudly playing things on their phone without using speakers.

The bus showed it was going to be 20 minutes delayed, but it ended up being an hour with out any communication or the bus tracker. The bus ride was fine but we got to the destination 40 mins late.

The Greyhound bus was 40 minutes late. We made sure to be on time to the bus and missed out on some of the event we were at to make it. The bus was late, the trip had delays (which we wouldn't have run into if the bus was on time), meaning we got to our motel late, giving us very little sleep for work the same day. On top of that, the driver was extremely rude and had no sympathy. When the bus arrived, the driver was not at the door. We boarded the bus without validating our tickets (which I understand is our fault for "not knowing the rules", but no one was there to tell us), and when he came back, he was literally yelling at us for boarding the bus. He was extremely condescending, calling us children for boarding the bus without validating our tickets, and when he was scanning our tickets, he even laughed at us for "not printing out our tickets properly". He even made us take all of our stuff off the bus so he could validate our tickets, as if we were trying to sneak onto this bus that was already 40 minutes late. I have never felt so disrespected by a driver in my life. He was in such a sour mood and was not apologetic about it all. My group was already tired from the day and having to wait outside for the bus for 40 minutes, and we were verbally abused by this driver on top of that.
