No help or support was given. I am 70 years old and had to place my luggage bag myself in the luggage compartment outside the bus. Then l had to find a seat in the dark. Walking up and down the isle I finally found an empty seat (The bus had pulled off by then, not even waited for me to be seated first). My seat was broken and could not be adjusted. Another passenger luggage was under my seat that left me with almost no foot space. Due to it being dark, I only realised it was luggage once it became light and I then asked who's it was. It was the first time I had to make use of Intercape and it was an terrible experience.
