I enjoyed every other thing but two many stops along the ride. Instead of 3+ hours to Des Moines Iowa, we spent almost 8 hours, which got me sick last night when I arrived Des Moines Iowa. Secondly, I once bought a ticket late December 2019 at Des Moines Iowa station to Minnesota Mabel grove station, unfortunately for me, the bus dropped me off at Burnsville station without reaching me to my main destination. It was on a Sunday, I called the customer service and they told me that I have to sleep at Burnsville station to be connected the next day for Mabel grove which did not make sense to me. I have to called my family to pick me up that day. This is totally making me to lose confidence in Jefferson bus Transport services. Thanks.
