Enjoyed: We almost didn’t make it but were able to contact the bus driver and had them wait for us. We left about 8 mins after the scheduled time! Overall, the experience is as you’d expect: long overnight drive, about 5 stops in between, no English announcements but the driver did speak some. Arrived safely and timely to our destination (Cairo to Luxor)! Would definitely book again for the price ($10USD each)!

The bus was on time and everything was fine. What I didn't like is that I have paid for WhatsApp communication but I never received any message prior to the trip, even via email. This is the first communication since after the confirmation email. I feel I have wasted my money paying for what didn't happen. I was struggling to get your office, the communication would have assisted. 2nd point is that there was no aircon, the winter night was super cold. If it is working, they should turn it on during the midnight trips. Otherwise everything was good and the bus was clean.

First the bus was late. The bus had no toilet, food or drinks we had like to know That before. The bus chauffeur did not speak a word English so we had no bus information about stop or whatsoever. It was very loud with music, screaming kids etc
