Doris receives positive feedback for its modern buses, punctuality, and comfortable travel experience. Customers appreciate the neatness of the service and availability of WiFi. However, there is a mention that some drivers could enhance their politeness to improve overall customer satisfaction further.

There was a problem with the ticket, they said that I wasn't in their system and they also said, that they didn't have a scanner for the QR-Code. They still let me travel but this should not happen again.
