Additionally, passengers appreciate the convenience of bus stops being close to their accommodations.

The day before they sent a WhatsApp message confirming the trip and with details of where the bus would be at the bus station and a picture of the bus so I would be able to recognise it . I found this very helpful . The bus was clean and comfortable and the driver drove well .We stopped once on the journey at a nice service station for snacks and a bathroom break . we arrived at Venice 20 mins early. All in all a very positive experience . The only negative comment is that the driver spoke very little English but that wasn't really a problem

It was a very pleasant experience. Our flight was delayed and the kind driver Milenko waited 15 minutes for us. Very kind man, the ride was also very smooth. Overall amazing!!
