Great service except for the seat selection. Everytime I use the service, another passenger has been assigned my seat number. Even though I go to the desk and ask them to check my seat number, they just say "just grab a seat". This works fine until the first stop and someone makes me move. I had to move twice on the last ride. The service would be greatly improved if this problem could be addressed.
