Poor service because there are no instructions on getting on the bus.
The ticket that I was purchased stated that the bus would arrive platform 9 at kosice bus station on 5/7 at 1020. I arrived 30 mins early. When the bus arrived at 1025, I got on the bus. However, the driver said the bus did not go to Vienna. Therefore, I could not get on the bus. In addition, the bus information was closed even in the morning, so ridiculous. I will not book eurobus again because of poor instructions at bus station!
