I originally booked my tickets for 5:30pm but missed my coach because I got on the wrong train to Victoria. I had to buy a new tickets.
I think the tickets are very pricey. I was going to Colchester in Essex to visit my daughter because it was her b’day the next day. I had to pay additional £14.80 on top of £18.37 already paid.
Please consider reducing your prices especially for students.

National Express was great, the problems were due to heavy traffic, closed roads and several demonstrations that were taking place at the moment. But in mi opinion the bus service was OK.
