However, several reviews mention issues such as lack of Wi-Fi service, delayed departures or arrivals, malfunctioning seats or toilets, unclear stop announcements by drivers at airports, and difficulties during boarding.
I've observed that Alsa is very punctual. This is so important because sometimes we need to change the destination. The drivers are helpful and kind. They announce all the necessary information. Alsa seats are comfortable. And, this is a plus point in the favour this company. I'll surely will use Alsa again

The bus was fine once I boarded . There were no visual information stating at which platform the bus departed from and staff to direct customers to their bus. No clear announcements in Spanish regarding which stop we were at. Even the Spanish didn't know where to get off.

The problem with the trip was that there was no bus on the screen for either that time or the destination of Tarragona and furthermore it did not say on the ticket or on the email which was the end destination we had to ask multiple people who gave multiple answers and finally we made it on the bus which is 1 minute until departure

Tickets are sold with no times - so at end of day when I went to catch my bus from Toledo to Madrid there was a 2 hour wait for a bus. Not really acceptable and no one to be found to offer an explanation. This could be improved.
