The bus was late arriving by almost half an hour. I had been waiting since before 03.00 am in a dark lonely street alone. This left me panicking about getting to the airport on time for flight and connecting flights . No explanation, no apology, just left to panic. This is not acceptable and I would not recommend this service to anyone .
