Customers are very impressed with the service, as everything went smoothly. The coach is clean and comfortable, and the driver is helpful and polite. However, some customers had issues with booking the wrong bus time, which resulted in additional expenses for a taxi to Stansted. There were also complaints about late buses and lack of information provided to confused passengers at Stanstead.

The bus was late - confused passengers were asking for information but there was none. No-one knew if/when the bus was to arrive at Stanstead. I asked numerous "employees" but they all said they didn't work for Nat. Express. It was a shocking display of incompetence.
