This was our first such use of Sindbad, so our anxiety level was a bit up, as we set off. However, everything appended thing happened as it should have happened with schedule and transfers, and we gained confidence in the process as we progressed. One thing that was a little unsettling was the driver’s verbal instruction as we pulled into a stop. It often was spoken very quickly and no always clearly audible and we were concerned we may have missed something important. A quick conversation with another passenger, however, helped us to fill in what we did not understand. We would definitely do this again, especially as we now have a better expectation of the way it works.

I have been traveling with this company buses for several years now. Always enjoyable. Personel and drivers for Sindbad Eurobus are top notch. They are very responsible , carrying and professional team that works together. I was late for the bus on my recent trip they didn't not hesitate to reach out to all contact on my name to find me. We had 1h21 minutes delayed Because we had to wait for people from Poland and waste time at Lille. I have to take another coach from London and I’ve missed my coach and I’ve spent more money for another ticket again for my transfer it’s not fair, I’m very disappointed

The bus was comfortable however all announcements made by the driver was made in Polish. Had to ask another passenger to translate all announcements throughout the journey. There was no WiFi connection throughout the 8h30mins journey and I had no way to communicate with my friends and family. That was the most frustrating part of my journey.

My trip was booked for 13:45 to arrive at 18:30 and your bus only showed up carelessly later at 15:45 and we only arrived at 22:45. No prior communication to inform me about the disorganized situation 😒 Poor service and total lack of respect to my time. All my plans and schedule meetings in London were shattered 😲 Shocking and a horrible experience indeed!
