I asked almost every bus driver if their bus was going to Tulum and they all said no and there was a bus leaving at 6:30 and I was there 20 minutes early and there was no bus taking me to Tulum

They changed the tickets on us moments before we were supposed to board and we weren't able to board the bus. As a result we almost missed our boat and had to find a taxi that charged us an arm and a leg in order to make it to our boat in time.
