Amtrak Los Angeles Tucson recent customer reviews
I know traveling by train typically involves delays (arrival times are more of a suggestion) but a 7 hour and 20 minute delay is unacceptable even if the reasons are “out of your control” (railroad repair by Union Pacific and a freight train literally breaking down on your track)… if this keeps up, I fear it may be a matter of time before passenger travel by train is a thing of the past (at least I’m California). It’s unfortunate because the handful of times I’ve traveled by train it was a pretty good experience but I’m gonna have to really reevaluate if I’ll ever do it again after this last experience, what a shame :(
