I did not enjoy , the unexpected 10 hour layover and subsequent overnight lock-in at the New Orleans station. I did not enjoy the confusion regarding my seat assignment that resulted in a deep search for seating. Overall , it was more time consuming and way more uncomfortable than riding a bus. One , maybe two of the train attendants were condescending and arrogant in their approach to responding to a rider question or request for service . Not happy, did not enjoy at all and would recommend your service for a long trip.
