Horrible. Staff at Toronto station was kind but the ones in Ottawa were rude. Made me pay for a little bigger luggage bag. On top of that, the wifi was not working in the train which was quite a pain as I had some important work to be done.

Very comfortable and clean. Spacious seat and carriage. Attentive staff who brought the catering trolley round several times. Plenty of room to store luggage. Wonderful views.
