Bus departed about 20 min late from Essaouira. Then we werefurther delayed because the bus driver didn't give a signal when he changed lane and a driv parked his vehicle in front of the bus and wouldn't him go. He wanted to call the police. After other drivers got out of their vehicles and a passenger on the bus went to negotiate with the driver, he didn't call the police and let the bus leave.
