The worst bus travel, The Driver driving really fast on a small road, full of curves, surpassing others where it Coudn’t, while it was raining, people where getting sick. Very very bad.

Very comfortable chairs, only it was absolutely freezing inside. Aircon was blowing really hard.
overall satisfied. But some of the USBs were not working. The 1st floor baño had a serious problem but no one fixed it or gave any notice to use the 2nd floor one.
Cruz del sur had clean buses with decent meals served. Not perfect but what is? Would definitely take again. I also asked the price of tickets if puechased In the office and they were the same

Our bus was cancelled and no one contacted us to let us know. They got us on a bus two hours later which was nice… but in really uncomfortable economy seats when we had originally booked the exclusive seats. This was not ideal for an overnight 18 hour bus ride we were expecting to be comfortable on. I would not recommend using civa. We were super de”civa”ed and not impressed

This trip was awful! Firstly they changed the bus to 5 hours later on the day and then finally on the bus we arrived three hours late. 25 minutes from the station we stopped for snacks. Ridiculous if it wasn’t the only way to get to ica I’d never do it again!
Driver was crazy, went round blind bends on the wrong side, thought I was gonna die. I would have also rather stopped for food than arrived at 5am when it was supposed to arrive at 6am as well. Not much sleep because of the crazy driving 🤦♂️
