The bus was very spacious and comfortable. The seats reclined back nicely. I was sitting near to the bathroom and the smell was really bad for the entire journey, so don’t book a seat near the back of the bus
This was honestly the best (long) bus trip I have ever made. The chairs were very comfortable, there was an entertainment system for each seat (like on the airplane) and the staff was super friendly. There are always things that can be improved, like don't serve dinner at 22:00 but hive a decent breakfast instead. But compared to other long bus trips this was great and we were very satisfied.
Comfy seats but bus kept stopping for no reason on the side of the road, no town or toll booths in site. Bathroom horrendous and annoying beeping/ alarm kept going off

Personally I would have spent the extra money and chose Cruz Del Sur instead. Wasn't my favorite bus ride of all time. The road from Ica to Cusco is actually very dangerous and I'd also recommend not traveling that way if it's in the budget. Cheers
Stopped in the bus in the middle of the road because the road was blocked and the driver did not warn us of anything, did not tell us any updates or how long it was going to take.
