I speak English and conductor cannot talk to me
The instructions that came with the ticket advised to show this when boarding. I did this, and once all of my luggage was loaded I was told I needed to go to the desk and get a paper ticket. I went back to the desk where the lady took forever although I advised the bus was soon leaving. She then printed a ticket and gave it to me with no further instructions. I went to get back on the bus and was told no. I had to run back to the desk and it was only then that I was told I needed to go to another desk and have a stamp put on the ticket to which the lady at the counter requested more money. As all of my things were on the bus that was about to leave I had to frantically ask someone else for the money in order to make the bus. Once on the bus I was asked to move to another seat that had a faulty back and thus I endured a very uncomfortable journey. The check in process should have been clearly communicated when purchasing the ticket by the third party which it was not so please don’t make the same mistake I did.

The bus was cramped and the toilets poor
The seats were not cama class. They didn't recline properly and were very uncomfortable for 10 hours journey. Bus was dirty and was so cold during the night even with my coat on.
The bus was very dirty, they oversold our seat number, our seat was broken, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The bus driver drove well and safe but that was the only positive

Cruz del Sur is far the best company I’ve traveled in Peru. They left and arrived at destination on time, always take care of our luggage and we don’t need to worry about it.
The bus was clean and the seat comfortable however the heating was on way too high
Great night bus experience.The seats were comfortable and clean, no blankets but temperature was good. The road and driving were smooth. Curtains between the seats for extra privacy. We felt safe. The bus left on time and arrived slightly early in Cusco.
