It was alright, air conditioning wasn't great and in the morning the staff arbitrarily took the blanket and pillow a little early when it had finally gotten chilly. Food was meh.

The journey itself was fine, driver was very prompt with timing, however for a 20hr bus there was no Wi-Fi and we only got fed one meal which was lunch.
I think for travelling for that long the bus should include lunch and dinner for people travelling from Calama to Santiago.
The drivers assistant didn't speak any English so it was difficult to communicate, we had prebooked our seats online but when we got to the bus our seat numbers had changed.
