We didn’t get eldo coaches bus, the bus they gave us didn’t arrive on time and the engine failed. We stayed on the freeway for 4hours without any help.

Will I be Able To Reschedule My Booked Dates?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking dates. It's important to know that the rescheduling of dates may come at a cost and are subject to ticket availability. Will I Be Able To Drink Alcohol During My Trip With Eldo Coaches?

Unfortunately, we do not allow either smoking or drinking. Eldo Coaches reserves the right of admission, and people who are found to be intoxicated will not be permitted on the bus. If you are found smoking on board, you may also be asked to get off the bus as soon as a safe destination is reached. You are however permitted to have food and soft drinks while you travel.

I Have A Child Under 36 Months. Will They Be Allowed To Travel?

Children are allowed to travel on Eldo Coaches. Children under 36 months will be allowed to travel for free. Please note that children under the age of 12 years will not be permitted to travel on the bus if they do not have adult supervision. This is done for safety purposes. You may be asked for proof of the child's age, so please ensure that you bring along any proof that will state the child's age.

Yes, however, if you have passed your second trimester, it’s less likely that you’ll get on the bus. Eldo Coach reserves the right of admission, and whoever is the Boarding Master or Supervisor will be the person to access your condition. You will then be told if you can board the bus or not. It’s important to know that Eldo Coaches does not discriminate against pregnant women or any other person.

Are Eldo Coaches Accessible To People With Disabilities?

Comfort Liner

The comfort liner is very much like the single-decker as it also has reclining seats; however, this bus has 60 seats that also come with seatbelts. This bus has a 2:2 seating arrangement and also offers entertainment. You have individual air vents as well as air conditioning and heating. There is an emergency toilet on board. There is also 24-hour tracking. You will get individual reading lights, armrests, and tray tables.

Executive Touring 52 Seater

This is also a 52 seater bus with reclining seats that come with seatbelts. You have a 2:2 seating arrangement, and entertainment is also available. You will get individual air con vents, reading lights, tray tables, and armrests. There is also an emergency toilet on board. You also have an aircon and heaters available. There is 24-hour tracking available. You will also get a leg rest which comes in handy for long trips.
