Customers appreciate the efficient staff and timely service of the company. However, some passengers were distressed by the lack of ventilation on the bus during their trip. The communication about delays was appreciated, although receiving it at 4 am was not ideal for some customers.

It was very comfortable trip. Especially i liked that the WC was working and the wifi was available. From now on I will use Leoexpress more often
