Very nice bus and helpful staff. They collected all the passports when the bus started. They checked for valid visa and everything. During exit point at Cambodia and arrival point at Vietnam, the nice lady from the bus took us through every counter. Everything were very seamless and they took care of all the formalities. They did not ask for any money as I had Vietnam visa already gotten from Phnom penh. After Vietnam arrival point, they handed over our passport. I am very satisfied with their service. Mekong express were very professional.

In the brief I was requested to arrive 45 min- 1 hour early but no-one was there from Mekong. The shop was chaotic ... No clear instruction, such as your bus will arrive outside, your bus will be Orange, because there are many buses leaving and arriving on that street. Much greater clarity, also maybe a pick up point (E-ticket holders only) nearer the Airport. (I travelled into town, very early to avoid rush hour traffic, only to pass within 1.5 km of my Hotel location some 90 minutes later! Many people would take advantage of a less busy picking up point.

The bus is clean and spacious, the staff is really nice, they helped me on the border when I had an issue with my visa. We got water and snacks, which is always nice. On the way we had a little accident when someone bumped us from the back (there was barely and sign on the bus) which cost us a lot of time. There was a lot of people on the borders and that is also the reason we arrived 3hours late. But all in all I recommend using Mekong Express.
