Staff is great no doubt about it! Just don’t make money with side business 1400 bath to arrange a visa for already your customers and bring them to a low rate restaurant for probably ore commission

It was no sleeping bus and so cold in the bus we couldn’t sleep very well.

Convenient and easy travel, however, one of the bus staffs was a bit impatient. He yelled at me when I asked him simple questions about the visa stuff. I kept my cool and just told him to stop yelling because it was not helpful given that we were already very tired from traveling. We paid for convenience and service, not to be yelled or disrespected. Overall, I would still give it a 4-star rate because of all the other staffs’ efficiency and helpfulness.
