My bus was cancelled. But, they have not shown courtesy to inform me about the cancellation.. Instead I came to know about the cancellation only when I reached bus station.. It affected my remaining travel plan very badly.. I had to make alternative travel arrangements by myself..I do not recommend online booking as they don’t have any courtesy to handle the customers..

Bus time was changed and we were not alerted. Then the bus was an hour late. Staff provided no information about break/toilet stops. All passengers were very confused about what was happening.
