The bus journey claims to be 3hrs but it was 6hrs from split to Dubrovnik, which is false advertising. Also they tried to get money out of me to store my bag which is ridiculous. In the uk we do not do this. The ride was pleasant and the scenery. Also on my ticket it said the seat number that was allocated to me because I paid for it. However a girl had taken my seat. The driver needs to check that everyone is in the correct seat if they have pre booked online. I have better bus service in the uk. Also the companies are so unorganised to the point there is no queue or even the question of pre tickets first on the bus. This needs to be put in place and the driver drives way to fast around the road edges which is scary and dangerous. I was suggest that they should slow down. Overall the cost of the bus journey is decent.

The heating on the bus was weird. It was super hot for most of the ride because the heater was on. And the cooling system wasn’t works for many of the seats. Also my bag got soaked when it was in the case under the bus. Paying to put my bag under a bus for it to get soaked... not a big fan. So not the best bus ride

The bus booked for 10:00 am was canceled. No information was available and all tel numbers listed were without answer . The bus condition was less then average, that sits were dirty and the air condition opening was broken. I Kotor we were delayed for another 20 minutes and finally were asked to go to another bus because of small number of passengers in the original one. Overall instead reaching Budva destination at 12:30 we get only at 14:00 That’s was very disappointing. I would definitely will not recommend to use this company line again
