The girls that came through cart were super helpful and very lovely and friendly. It was our first time and we got a little confused but they helped us out.

Frankie G.March 17, 2024

According to multiple positive reviews, customers have enjoyed their train rides with Amtrak. They mention that the seats are spacious and comfortable, allowing them to rest and enjoy the view. The staff is involved and helpful, providing excellent service. Customers also appreciate the affordability of Amtrak trains compared to internal flights within the USA. Overall, these positive experiences make it worth recommending Amtrak for travel in India and UAE as well."

Amtrak Miami Orlando recent customer reviews

We really enjoyed our train ride. Seats are big and comfortable, I was able to rest and enjoy the view.

Karin L.January 2, 2023

Spacious sitting area, good leg space, very involved staff, staff have been helping every single customer in every possible means, economical and overall excellent. This is our first Amtrak journey and memorable. We carry this word to India (where we belong) and UAE (where we live)… I have taken so many internal flights within USA but it is worth taking Amtrak trains … Keep doing good work
