Such a pleasant trip into Chicago…clean, comfortable and so much easier than driving in big city traffic and hunting for decent parking!

The YARTS and Amtrak train was great, but the Amtrak connection bus was not so nice. The driver was rude and unhelpful, extremely confrontational with other passengers.
